Modernization of the technical infrastructure - Cultural and social center in Prievidza - retractable seat Description: The proposed solution deals with the comprehensive renewal of the mechanical technology of the retractable seat, which includes the replacement of the existing folding elevations, stepped floors and seats. At the same time, the seats on the balcony will be replaced, including the new floor covering on the steps of the balcony elevation. The goal of this modernization is to increase the technical level of the object, improve the functional characteristics of the aspect and ensuring higher comfort for spectators during cultural and social events. The dimensions of the retractable seat and stepped floors are maintained to ensure compatibility with the existing construction solution and to prevent interference with the load-bearing construction of the object. Part of the proposal is the installation of a new mobile elevation equipped with modern seats and side access stairs. This new technology replaces the flooded, technically outdated and functionally inadequate folded elevation, which no longer meets requirements for comfort or operational reliability. The new system will enable more efficient manipulation, faster reconstruction of the viewpoint and will contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of the object's operation.
