1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works in the workshop premises of the Vocational Training Center No. 1 at ul. Berka Joselewicza 4 in Warsaw. The works will be carried out based on: 1) technical designs for the renovation of rooms as part of the task Modernization of the technical and educational base of the Vocational Training Center No. 1 at ul. Berka Joselewicza 4 in Warsaw by Pracownia Architektonczno-Konstrukcyjna Architega Sp. z o. o., ul. New world 33 lok. 13, 00-029 Warsaw. 2) Specifications Technical Execution and Acceptance of Works. Planned construction works: a) preliminary works b) dismantling, demolition and accompanying works c) replacement of windows and doors on the facades and in the rooms being renovated; d) renovation of teaching rooms, sanitary rooms and cloakroom: e) replacement of wall coverings, plasters and paint coatings; f) installation of new cement screeds; g) installation of stoneware tile floors, concrete screeds, epoxy screeds and industrial mosaic floors; h) replacement of water, sewage and electrical installations, telecommunication, ventilation, central heating;i) replacement of lighting with LED lighting;j) in the communication of the eastern wing, photo of the carpet...
