1. The subject of this order is the purchase, delivery, assembly and commissioning of new machines equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions for the production of basic agricultural products and devices cooperating with machines and devices equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions, divided into 2 parts.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not envisage sharing the equipment and devices included in the individual parts of the order referred to in point 4.
4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for 1 or 2 of the parts indicated below containing detailed description of the offered equipment meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ as well as in the Price Form - Annex No. 1a to the SWZ:
1 Machines:

Sprayer CPV - 16400000-9 - Spraying machines used in agriculture or horticulture
2 Devices:
