The task of the winning bidder is to modernize the SZTE SZAKK 410-bed clinic for energy efficiency (electrical modernization, building mechanics, construction, renovation).however, the characteristics of the property affected by the investment (insufficient size of the organizational and parade area, accessibility, active patient care activities), and the technical content of the investment do not allow for the division into parts and the provision of the possibility of sub-offersas follows:
The property that is the subject of this public procurement procedure functions as a working health care institution, in which continuous, active patient care will also take place during construction.divide it into parts and thereby give work space to several contractors at the same time, since the complete evacuation (410-bed clinic) is not possible due to the continuous operation of the property affected by the investment. Due to the continuity of patient care, the construction investment is therefore only divided into sections and scheduledit is possible to implement it if extended in time. The deadline for the contract to be concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure has therefore been determined proportionally and extended in time....
