Delivery by the Contractor to the Location of the Ordering Party of Equipment and Software and Delivery of the License Subscription; 2.1a.** Execution of the Technical Design and transfer of copyrights to the Technical Design together with dependent rights; 2.2. Ensuring the provision of Technical Support (maintenance); 2.3.
