1. The subject of the order is construction work, modernization of the surface of district road No. 1151B ul. The Smolarczyk family on a section approximately 600 m long and 6.5 m wide. The detailed scope of works is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Form pricing).3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in Annex No. 5 Detailed Technical Specification (hereinafter referred to as SST), in Annex No. 10 to SWZ - Contract template and in Annex No. 11 to SWZ.4.
