1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the road lighting system in the Dobra Commune, owned by the Dobra Commune, as part of the implementation of the task: Modernization of street lighting, under public procurement in the design and build formula. based on the Functional and Utility Program (FFU). 1) Modernization will include, among others: on replacing energy-inefficient lighting fixtures with LED technology fixtures and adapting them to meet DarkSky requirements, and in accordance with the provisions of the PFU, the scope of the order includes, among others: a) delivery of street lighting fixtures in accordance with the description of the Technical Documentation and the design summary, b) installation of 1, 850 fixtures (19 on the overhead line and 1, 831 on the cable line) in accordance with the Ordering Party's documentation, c) dismantling of lighting fixtures street mounted on overhead line booms, set. 19, d) disassembly of street lighting fixtures mounted on booms or poles of the cable lighting line set. 1831l, e) replacement of 19 booms and their elevation on the overhead line above LV line, f) carrying out the required tests, tests, measurements, photometric tests and checking the measurement of 1850 points, g) replacing the terminals...
