A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ and in the draft contract THE ORDERING PARTY DOES NOT anticipate awarding the orders in question IN ART. 214 SEC. 1 POINT 8 OF THE PZP ACT. INFORMATION CLAUSE RESULTING FROM THE GDPR MEETS THE OBLIGATION INFORMATION TO THE CONTRACTOR RELATED TO THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE is included in Chapter VI of the SWZ. The Ordering Party will exercise the right resulting from Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, on the basis of which the Ordering Party will first perform examination and evaluation of the offer, and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Security for proper performance of the contract - 3% of the total gross price specified in offer. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed within: STAGE I - by September 30, 2026, STAGE II - by December 15, 2026 from the date of conclusion of the contract.
