Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the renovation of four flights of external stairs at ul. Soneczna 74 and Soneczna 85, plot no. 2574/2 of the 6-Soneczne district in Gorzów Wielkopolski. The scope of renovation works includes replacement of the substructure and damaged surfaces, removal of trapdoors and unevenness of individual elements of the stairs. The details of the renovation works together with the description of the necessary activities are included in the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works as well as the bill of quantities.2. The scope of work includes in particular:2.1. Within the staircase at Soneczna 85: off-road stairs - 13 steps with landing, off-road stairs 12 steps with landing, plus driveway, moisture-proof insulation, stair railings2.2. In the scope of stairs at Soneczna 74: 14-step terrain stairs with landing, terrain stairs - 14 steps with landing, damp-proof insulation, stair railings
