1. The subject of the order includes the modernization of the square around the building of the Volunteer Fire Department fire station in Zubrzyca Dolna. The detailed scope of works is included in the bill of quantities - Annex No. 102. Nomenclature of the Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45111200-0 Works in the scope preparation of the site for construction and earthworks 45233220-7 Works on road surfaces 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached. Attachment No. 9 Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiOR). Attachment No. 10 Bill of Quantities.4. Required warranty period: The required warranty period for the construction works performed and the materials used is a minimum of 36 months - a maximum of 60 months from the date of final acceptance of the work. ATTENTION!!! The Ordering Party informs that the length of the warranty provided is a selection criterion the most advantageous offer with a weight of 40%.
