Tender Details

1. The subject of the Agreement is: a) Modernization of the sports zone in the CV Secondary School at ul. Vincent van Gogh 1 on the basis of the Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) developed at the request of the Ordering Party by AMIRI architects Oskar Amiri, b) Preparation of design documentation based on the PFU, c) Submitting complete notifications regarding the implementation of the order along with obtaining all required arrangements, consents and decisions on behalf of the Ordering Party, d) Dismantling of existing multi-purpose sports fields, running tracks athletics and lighting and construction of new sports facilities based on the Design Documentation, 2. The scope of the Subject of the Agreement includes implementation in two stages: a) Stage I includes: - preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation along with 3D visualization and submitting complete notifications in this regard, along with obtaining all required consents and decisions on behalf of the Ordering Party (hereinafter referred to as Project Documentation) with the obligation to provide author's supervision during the implementation of the works construction works, carried out on the basis of the Contractor's Design Documentation, from the date of their commencement to the date of their completion, and notification...
