The subject of the order is the modernization of the interior of the cloakroom at the municipal stadium on plot no. 211/3 in Osice and the cloakroom at Primary School No. 2 in Osice, plot no. 3935, in Osice, Osice County. Building facades and plot development remain unchanged. The modernization of the interior of the locker room at the city stadium will include, among others: the following works: - replacement of existing floor tiles in bathrooms with new stoneware, - installation of a linear drain in bathrooms, - installation of new shower trays and shower cabins, - installation of flexible heterogeneous anti-slip carpeting on the existing terracotta in some rooms and on the stairs - gluing SPC wall panels 120cm x 265cm, waterproof to the existing tiles in the sanitary rooms, toilets and communication - painting walls, ceilings and window sills with ceramic paint - painting the existing tiles in cloakrooms with ceramic paint dedicated to tiles - gluing 120 cm SPC wall panels to part of the window sills and door frames - replacing all internal doors and frames. - installation of new ventilation grilles in all rooms - installation of new handrails, balustrades and handrails...
