Tender Details

1) The subject of the order in the design-build formula is the design and then implementation of a project in accordance with the developed design documentation for the implementation of construction works related to the modernization of the Moje Boisko Orlik 2012 sports complex at School Complex No. 1 in Lublic at ul. Sobieski. 2) The subject of the order includes in particular: a) preparation of design documentation, b) execution, based on the prepared documentation: A) modernization of the surface of the football pitch (grass surface synthetic), B) modernization of the surface of the multi-purpose sports field (polyurethane surface), C) renovation of the internal fence (pico catches) and external fence, D) demolition of the existing sanitary and locker room building and delivery of a new facilities building sanitary and locker room facilities, E) modernization of lighting, F) ​​installation of sports equipment (including football goals, basketball baskets, volleyball posts), G) other works (including cutting down greenery, re-alignment of existing paving stones, supplementing aggregates in drainage, renovation and maintenance of benches).3) The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in:a) Appendix No. 2 to SWZ - Program ...
