Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of PGZ SW, we invite you to submit an offer in the procedure for the modernization of part of the rooms on the third and fourth floors of the A-210e building located on the premises of PGZ Stocznia Wojenna, in the "design and build" formula, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 5 to the invitation to submit offers. Please also attach the offer with an indication of the detailed scope of work in accordance with the OPZ, in the form of an attachment to the procedure in the tab "Appendices". Deadline for completion of the subject of the proceedings: 3 (three) months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Warranty for the subject of the proceedings: 36 months. Participation in an on-site visit is required to submit an offer. Planned date: July 1, 2026 9:00 Please confirmation of willingness to participate via the purchasing platform, while completing and attaching confirmation of carrying out an on-site visit (APPENDIX NO. 2 TO THE PROCEDURE). NOTE: In accordance with the safety rules applicable at the Shipyard, during the on-site visit, you are required to have personal protective equipment (helmet, glasses, safety shoes, vest).
