Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization and adaptation of field applications already available at the Lubomierz Commune and City Office. Leading to an increase in the utility value of the systems already in place at the Lubomierz Commune and City Office domains. The Ordering Party has a financial and accounting system, local tax and fees assessment system, EZD, which require modernization and adaptation for the purposes of launching e-services: e-delivery, the system of electronic enforcement titles (eTW), the National System e-Invoices (KSeF).2. Due to the need to mass handle electronic letters/documents from existing systems (e.g. sending tax decisions), their modernization will include: a) providing modules constituting a buffer of letters for the asynchronous processing a large collection of letters (queue management), b) integration of existing systems with the above-mentioned buffer consisting in mass creation of letters (entering letters into the queue), c) providing a document/file repository system to handle a large number of attachments to electronic letters/documents, d) providing an integration broker system ensuring authorization and communication with integrated systems...
