Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the complete building modifications and modernization of the sanitary facilities (bathrooms and toilets) in the building of the Care Services of the City of Pečky, which include the total dismantling of existing furnishings, tiles and paving at the end of their useful life, monitoring and subsequent implementation of new internal PPR water supply and PVC sewerage systems, including outlet modifications, installation of new sanitary equipment (bathtubs with the support of a lifting device, shower stalls, toilets and sinks), replacement of heating elements, kitchen lines and installation of new LED lighting and wiring elements. The works also include remediation of the surfaces of the walls and ceilings, including scraping of paintings, straightening of plaster with reinforcing mesh, application of full-surface waterproofing screed and laying of new ceramic cladding and large-format tiles, as well as the replacement of interior door leaves, including the overhaul of steel frames, all within the scope and specification according to the project documentation.
