The investment is located in the building of the District Office in Szczecinek, at ul. Warcisawa IV 16, plot no. 185 precinct Szczecinek 20 and concerns the K2 staircase (Department of Communication).3. The subject of the order includes the performance of: a) Demolition works, including: on the demolition of fragments of existing partition walls, piercing installation holes, carving door frames out of the wall wooden floors, demolition of ceramic tile floors and wooden boards and steps, removal of wall coverings and removal of rubble. Before starting demolition works, a detailed examination of the structure and technical condition of individual elements of the building, identify its surroundings and determine the demolition method. b) Renovation works of the side staircase, aimed at adapting it to the needs of people with special needs and to applicable legal regulations.
