Modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Bukowno 1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting of construction, reconstruction and demolition as part of the modernization of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bukowno in the following scope: 4. 2. Subject-specific the project includes comprehensive construction, reconstruction and demolition of facilities at the sewage treatment plant in Bukowno, as part of which the plant will be modernized. The scope of investment has been adapted to the current needs related to identified technical and technological deficiencies of the existing sewage treatment plant, description of the subject of the order and formal and legal requirements. New and existing facilities planned as part of the investment will be designed after expansion development of the sewage treatment plant area. -In general terms, the scope is indicated in the SWZ. - The contractor is also obliged to include cybersecurity requirements in the order based on the updated legal status. These requirements describes in detail Annex 4 to the OPZ - Technical Requirements for Cybersecurity Supplies (WTDC). - Existing condition and special conditions: On January 5, 2024, the Water and Sewerage Company sp. z o. o. obtained a permit for construction, decision No. 3/2024, final on January 25, 2024.
