Modernization of the server room Database. Purchase of licenses for security systems 1. The subject of the Agreement is the modernization of the server room by equipping it and purchasing licenses for security systems. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts, i.e.: 1) Part 1.1: Modernization of the server room through its equipment; 2) Part 1.2:Database; 3) Part 1.3: Purchase of licenses for security systems. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annexes No. 1.1. until 1.3. to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), appropriately for a given part of the subject of the order. 3. Completion of the task additionally includes (applies to task no. 1.1): a. Preparation of as-built documentation including the changes made, including, among others, measurement and test protocols. Performer is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with as-built documentation in writing and in electronic version in pdf and dwg formats. b.Organization, development and liquidation of the work site, c.Tests and acceptances with participation the Ordering Party, d. Carrying out work in a way that ensures the continuity of the unit's operation. e.Disposal of any waste and providing the Ordering Party with cards confirming this fact 4. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, method of execution of the order - Requirements for the implementation of deliveries and "Drafted provisions of the contract" (PPU) constituting Annexes No. 4.1 and 4.2. to SWZ.
