3. The scope of the order includes: 1) Modernization of a container building located on the premises of PSZOK, which includes, among others: a) replacement of wall and roof sandwich panels, b) modernization of the floor, i.e. replacement of joists, a layer of insulation between joists, OSB boards, PVC floor covering, c) replacement of window and door joinery, d) cleaning and painting of the container's supporting steel structure, e) cleaning and painting of steel elements of the facade, f) dismantling of existing sanitary equipment and assembly new, g) equipping with the necessary equipment and office furniture, h) dismantling existing and installing new sanitary installations, i) dismantling and installing electric heaters, j) dismantling the existing and installing a new electrical installation, k) reconstruction of the hardening of the area around container facility (band, sidewalk), 2) replacement of lighting fixtures on lighting poles, 3) monitoring, 4) dismantling of the existing fence, dismantling of the existing gate and wicket, 5) construction of a new fence with 3 gates and a wicket, 6) construction hardening of the maneuvering and storage area, 7) construction of a local sewage system with a tight sewage tank...
