1. The subject of the order is the modernization of sections of national road No. 94 in Piekary lskie.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 6 (designed provisions of the contract) and 7 (description of the subject of the order) to stz.3. The ordering party requires that the contractor offered a minimum of 5 years of quality warranty and warranty for defects, counted from the date of the fault-free acceptance protocol of the entire contract, and a 3-year quality warranty for chemically cured, thick-layer horizontal signs. ATTENTION! Extended quality guarantee i warranty for defects under the second offer evaluation criterion does not apply to the quality guarantee for chemically cured, thick-layer horizontal signs.4. The order is implemented as part of co-financing from the Polish Government Fund ad: Strategic Investment Program Edition first (Preliminary Promise, No. 01/2021/6874/PolskiLad).
