Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is to modernize sanitary facilities in section A in the Social Welfare Home in Radziechowice. The task is co-financed by the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. The scope of work includes: in particular: a) scope of construction works: - dismantling works (disassembly of existing door joinery and frames, disassembly of existing equipment elements, cutting out all existing wall and floor tiles); - leveling of walls for proper arrangement of tiles wall and floor; - widening the existing door opening; - installing lintels over the widened door openings; - installing linear shower drainage; - laying floor and wall tiles; - installing the necessary finishing strips; - installing a new door joinery;- installation of all devices and bathroom equipment elements;- grouting of tiles;- painting of corridors (walls and ceilings);- painting of bathrooms (ceilings).b) scope of work on the sanitary installation:- dismantling works (removal of the existing heating system, dismantling the existing cold and hot water installation, dismantling the existing sanitary sewage system); - internal installation and...
