12.1. Main subject. The subject of the construction project is the renovation of sanitary facilities in the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Tuczempy.12.2. The detailed scope of the order is specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ. Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified were included in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 5 to SWZ.12.3. The requirements (duties, tasks, obligations) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and in the supplementary scope (i.e. not regulated in this SWZ and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ).
