The subject of the order are construction and installation works consisting in the modernization of rooms in the Imaging Diagnostics Department (Main Building, floor 0, segment C1 and C2) at the Specialist Hospital. Ludwika Rydygiera w Krakowie sp. z o.o..2. Detailed description the subject of the order is included in this Specification, in particular the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 1 to this Specification, as well as the draft contract constituting Annex No. 3 to the Specification.3. Work elements not included in the offer calculation or not priced and resulting directly from the tender documentation (Functional and Utility Program, Specification) the Ordering Party will consider them priced and included in the offer, without any claims by the Contractor in this respect. Due to the above, it is required from Contractors thorough checking of the documentation and conditions prevailing in the investment area. The consequences of any errors in the offer calculation prepared by the Contractor shall be borne by the Contractor who must anticipate all circumstances that may affect the price of the order.
