4.1. The Ordering Party orders and the Contractor accepts a public contract consisting in the performance of construction works as part of the investment called Modernization of the roof of a municipal building in Lutomiersk, ul. Kiliskiego 57 (case reference: RIiR.271.16.2026).4.2.Description investment. The subject of the investment is the renovation of the roof and reconstruction of an existing multi-family detached residential building without changes related to the external and internal installations in the building (apart from the installation of lightning protection on the roof and the dismantling of the installation antenna).Construction project to be implemented at ul. Kiliskiego 57, plot no. 364 in the area Lutomiersk in the commune Lutomiersk.
