1. Description of the subject of the order: Modernization of roof coverings of public buildings. Part I of the order: 2. The scope of the order includes the modernization of roof coverings on the public utility building of the community center in Klonowo (with part residential), in the Lidzbark commune (building located on the plot with geod. no. 70/2, Klonowo district).1) DESCRIPTION OF THE EXISTING CONDITION. Damaged covering made of ceramic karpiwka tiles, stains on the gable walls, chimneys, falling chimney studs (cracks, chips, lack of chimney caps), moisture in structural elements, lack of wind girders, tiles placed directly on the battens, no full formwork - no roofing felt). The detailed scope of construction works includes bills of quantities prepared based on a site visit was carried out in individual buildings, after checking the technical condition, and measurements were taken.
