The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of the roof of the Primary School building in Kami Dukielskie. The scope of works includes, in particular, the complete replacement of the existing roof covering, including its construction, replacement of damaged elements of the roof framing, making new flashings and replacing the roof drainage system.2. The scope of modernization also includes the renovation of existing chimneys by applying new frost-resistant plaster and chimney cap fittings. The purpose of the investment is: removing roof leaks, protecting the building structure against moisture, improving operational safety, extending the building's service life, improving the aesthetics of the facility, meeting the requirements arising from the provisions of the Construction Law. 3. Work should be done operates in a way that ensures the safety of the facility's users, i.e. during the holiday season, ensuring the continued operation of the facility.4.
