The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of roads in the Podgrzyn Commune, in including in the area affected by natural disasters from September 12 to 16, 2024 for roads ul. Soneczna and ul. To the waterfall in Przesieka and Borowice, ul. Karkonoska in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.4.2. The order was divided into: three tasks (parts): 4.2.1. part 1: Renovation of road no. 115512D ul. The road to the waterfall in Przesieka, section 354 4.2.2. part 2: Renovation of road no. 115507D ul. Soneczna in Przesieka, section 320/1 4.2.3. part 3: Partial renovation of ul. Karkonoska in Borowice, dz.85, 50/2, 24/44.3. Part 1: Renovation of road no. 115512D ul. The road to the waterfall in Przesieka, plot no. 354, includes the renovation of a 683-meter-long municipal road in hilly terrain, including the replacement of structural layers of the surface, reconstruction of roadsides and construction of linear drainage. Design also provides for the construction of a street inlet and the installation of sewage wells with PVC pipes. The designed road width is 3m in accordance with the Detailed Description included in Appendix No. 2.1. to the SWZ and Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ Drafted Contractual Provisions.
