Part I of the order Modernization of the surface of the municipal road ul. Lobeliowa in Mdrzechowo (300 m long) The scope of works of part I of the order includes: a) earthworks; b) construction of a river bed; c) construction of crushed aggregate subgrade; d) construction of the surface with mineral-bituminous mixture, a layer of more than 4 cm thick and 3 m wide; e) construction of a surface with a mineral-bituminous mixture, a wearing course layer 3 cm thick and 3 m wide; f) laying both sides of the roadsides made of fattened stone. The Contractor's obligations include:- taking over the work area from the Ordering Party; - securing and fencing the work area; - locating and preparing the construction site facilities according to your needs and at your own expense; - providing the Safety and Health Protection Plan in accordance with Art. 21a of the Act - Law Construction; - providing the Ordering Party with a work cost estimate constituting an annex to the contract, consistent with the cost estimate items of the bills of quantities attached to the SWZ; - providing the works manager's declaration of assuming duties along with a complete set of legally required authorizations certify; - ensuring property supervision at your own expense; - ensuring electricity consumption and...
