The order covers the implementation of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the road in the town of Grzykowo, as part of the task called Modernization of the road section in the town of Grzykowo. The investment is located on plots no. 277, 278/3 in the registration area 0008 Grzykowo. 2) The implementation of the subject of the contract is partially co-financed from the budget of the Lubuskie Voivodeship related to the exclusion of agricultural land from agricultural production. 3) The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the technical documentation for which the Ordering Party has a certificate of no objection to the notification of construction works, dated May 29, 2026. issued by the Starost of Zielona Góra and the bill of quantities, constituting an integral part of the specification of the terms of the order.4) Demolition materials are the property of the Ordering Party.5) The Ordering Party does not allow the use of inter-copper stone aggregate.6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to agree on proposals for material solutions.
