The subject of this order are comprehensive construction works related to the reconstruction and renovation of a separate part of the ground floor of the building, including their adaptation into office rooms with social and sanitary facilities, as well as the reconstruction and closing of the side staircase. Staircase at ul. Bohaterów Warszawy 10 in Guchoazy. Both of the above comprehensive construction works should be performed in the scope of construction, electrical and sanitary installations in accordance with the attached documentation, including: - design architectural and construction, - technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, - bill of quantities. Renovation and construction works, including installations, must be carried out with the utmost care, in compliance with all applicable provisions of construction law, technical standards, principles of technical knowledge, as well as occupational health and safety and fire protection requirements. All materials used must have the required certificates and approvals for use in construction. The execution of the order should fully comply with legal requirements and technical specifications specified by the Ordering Party, guaranteeing the durability and safety of use of the facility.
