The subject of the contract is the modernization of road lighting consisting in the replacement of non -energy -saving luminaires for LED luminaires in the communes of Baranów, Bralin, Chodów, Czajków, Dobra, Dziadowa Kłoda, Grabów, Grabów nad Prosna, Kawęczyn, Łęka Opatowska, Odolanów, Ostrowite, Ostrów Wlkp ., Perzów, Pyzdry, Raszków, Szczytniki, Trzcinica, Wieruszów, Wilczyn w podziale na 20 Części 2.Szczegółowy zakres modernizacji w poszczególnych częściach zamówienia zawiera opis przedmiotu zamówienia zwany dalej „OPZ” stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ na który składają się: − assembly statements (Annex No. 1 to OPZ), - situational maps with legend (Annex No. 2 and 2a to OPZ), - photometric calculations (Annex No. 3 to OPZ) - bills of works (Annex No. 4 to OPZ) The above Studies that make up the description of the subject of the contract constitute attachments to SWZ. All contractor's obligations are included in the draft contract in accordance with the content of Annex 10 to SWZ.
