The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the execution of the task entitled: Modernization of a residential building located in Jzefwek 12 as part of the task: Modernization of residential buildings in the Bielawa Commune and Dzieroniw Commune.1. Detailed description the subject of the order, the description of the ordering party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in: 1) Description of the subject of the order - part III of the SWZ, which consists of technical documentation (land development plan, bill of quantities, STWiOR, permanent and temporary traffic organization) 2) The draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract, constitute part II of the SWZ - draft contract.
