Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Modernization (reconstruction) of selected basement rooms in the City Hall building in Supsko for the needs of the residents' service point and the Office of the Office, and construction of a water supply connection to the the building of the City Hall in Supsko on the plot marked in the land register no. 13 and 127; orb 13 in Supsko, in accordance with the attached documentation and issued arrangements. The renovation will include works inside and outside the building of the City Hall in Supsko entered into the register of monuments of the Pomeranian Voivodeship under item A-1158. 2. The scope of works covered by the subject of this order includes: 1) Dismantling of the existing water and sewage installations and other. 2) Dismantling the existing electrical installation. 3) Disassembly indicated building elements. 4) Disassembly of finishing elements in the indicated scope. 5) Forging new door openings in the existing load-bearing walls. 6) Construction of new partition walls. 7) Replacement of selected window and door elements. 8) Installation of new water and sewage installations, fittings and more. 9) Installation of new electrical and lighting installations...
