Tender Details

3.1. The subject of the order is the modernization (reconstruction) of the access road to agricultural land in Perespa. The order is co-financed from the budget of the Lublin Voivodeship.3.2. The order covered by these proceedings has not been divided into separate parts. The failure to divide the order was dictated by technical, organizational and financial reasons and the nature of the subject of the order. The possible division of the order into parts would not increase competitiveness in the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises the scope of the order is typical, enabling contractors from the group of small or medium-sized enterprises to submit an offer. Pursuant to recital 78 of Directive 2014/24/EU, the contracting authority should be obliged to consider the advisability of dividing contracts into parts, while retaining the freedom to make autonomous decisions on any basis it sees fit, without being subject to administrative or judicial supervision.3.3.
