Obornicka 1 in Bolechowo. Order award procedure: the order will be granted in accordance with the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans. The Company's purchasing platform is used as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Tenderer. The offer, all correspondence, statements, applications, notices and other information are provided by the Ordering Party and the Bidder via the Company's purchasing platform. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Bidder is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). Hand-signed 2 copies of the contract should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party.
