Subject of the order under part I - construction works consisting in the creation of a playground and landscaping as part of the implementation of the task titled Modernization of sports and recreational infrastructure in Skrbesko, in particular: 1) execution of works preparatory works and leveling the area, 2) construction of a fence for the playground, 3) construction of a safe sand surface, 4) construction of a hardened access road with paving stones that meets accessibility requirements, 5) installation of small architectural elements constituting the property the Ordering Party, together with the renovation of the benches and associated works, 6) delivery and assembly of a bench accessible to people with disabilities, 7) delivery and assembly of the sandbox cover, 8) performance of all associated works necessary for the proper implementation of the task. Devices playground equipment and elements of small architecture intended for assembly are the property of the Ordering Party and come from the dismantling of the existing playground. The scope of the order does not include the delivery of new devices (except for a bench adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and sandbox covers), but includes the transport of dismantled devices and street furniture elements from the place...
