1. The subject of the order is the execution of the task titled: Modernization of public buildings in the Pczew Commune. The subject order is divided into the following 2 parts: part 1 - Modernization of the roof along with thermal modernization of the building. village community center in Brodno; part 2 - Safe and energy-saving community center in Pśniewo, thermal modernization of the Volunteer Fire Department building as a center for the integration of residents.1.1. Subject of the order for part 1 - Modernization of the roof along with thermal modernization of the common room building rural area in Brodnia. The subject of the order for part 1 includes: dismantling the existing gutter; carrying out necessary roof modernization works; construction of a new roof covering from sheet metal, including sheet metal flashings and installation of the system stormwater drainage; insulating the external walls of the building with 15 cm thick polystyrene layers and a heat conduction coefficient of X = 0.034 W/mK; execution of finishing layers of the facade; replacement of window joinery in the older part of the building with PVC windows heat transfer coefficient for the entire window Umax.
