The subject of the request for quotation is the preparation of the concept and design of the Modernization of the Maintenance building, divided into stage: STAGE I Preparation of the modernization concept, agreement on the concept with the Ordering Party STAGE II Preparation of the construction design, land development design, technical design and executive design along with obtaining all necessary opinions and permits and building permits. STAGE III Conducting author's supervision at the construction stage. SCOPE: Thermal modernization of the building: insulating external walls, replacing window frames, insulating the roof. Changing the internal layout of rooms to a more functional. Construction of an additional ceiling in part of the building. Shortening the movement area of the overhead crane. Proposing a new staircase (possibility of proposing external solutions). BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS: 1. Usable area - approximately 1, 320 m2.2. Two floors.3. Height - about 9m.4. Walls made of brick and aerated concrete blocks.5. The main structure is made using reinforced concrete frame technology.6. The building is not insulated.7. The roof is covered with felt. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: It may be necessary to do so inventory of the existing condition.
