The subject of the order includes, among others: - demolition and dismantling works, - replacement of window joinery along with the installation of automatically controlled pressure window vents, processing around windows, painting of door frames, installation of external railings in windows, installation of internal and external window sills, - replacement of external door joinery, including processing, painting of door frames, installation of entrance threshold, installation of handles and locks, - replacement of the heat source with a ground heat pump, - comprehensive modernization of the boiler room and installations central heating, replacement of cables, thermal insulation of cables, replacement of radiators with new ones equipped with thermostatic valves, installation of a heat buffer.
