1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the modernization of the building of Primary School No. 96 at ul. Sarabandy 16/22 in Warsaw, in terms of adapting the facility to the needs of people with disabilities, in accordance with the project documentation, STWiOR and the bill of quantities. The school building is located in the southern part of plot no. 31 in the area 1-09-66. The plot is located parallel to the eastern and western borders, close to the main access road, ul. Sarabande situated on horseback. The main entrance is from south side from the street. Sarabandes. The entrance to the sports facilities from the sports hall is on the north side. Additional exits from the staircases lead directly to the outside. The property is surrounded by single-family buildings. The school building remained built in 1958. In 2008, the building was expanded with a sports hall and facilities. In 2023, the building was expanded with an elevator shaft, the residential segment was transformed into an educational segment, and ramps were built in front of the main entrance.
