1. The subject of the order is: Modernization of the Primary School building in Olsztyn 2. The scope of the order includes: - renovation of selected rooms of the Primary School building located at ul. Kuhna 18 in Olsztyn; - partial replacement of the internal installation electricity in the school building; - installation of a school radio. The existing building is a science and education facility and serves teaching and administrative functions. Scope of work: a) renovation works: - renovation of corridors in the entire building, including renovation of walls, floors, stairs along with replacement of balustrades - replacement of internal doors and one external door; - renovation of the floor in the gymnasium; - partial replacement of the electrical installation (according to the electrical industry documentation). b) demolition works: - dismantling of the existing door joinery internal and external; - dismantling of existing paint coatings on walls and ceilings; - dismantling of the parquet floor in the gymnasium along with sub-floor layers; - dismantling of internal doors intended for replacement and enlarging holes for new ones doors; - dismantling balustrades on stairs; - dismantling the existing layer of insulation on external walls. c) construction works...
