1. The subject of the order is the task entitled: Modernization of the Primary School building in Obierwi. The detailed scope of works and description of the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the technical documentation constituting Annex No. 12 to this SWZ and the designed provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 11 to this SWZ. The bills of quantities, which are also Annex No. 12 to this ToR, are supporting material for the Contractor in preparing the offer.2. The Contractor's obligations include: - securing the construction site, - marking the construction site, - execution of construction works, - execution of electrical works, - tests, tests, measurements, measurements of the electrical installation.
