1. Name of the order: Modernization of the playground with the supply of equipment 2. The scope of work performed includes, among others: removal of existing equipment from the playground, removal of the existing polyurethane surface, execution of earthworks, installation of small facilities architecture and equipment of the playground, construction of safe surfaces and construction of play areas in the form of water-permeable surfaces and overgrown mats, 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ: description of the subject of the order together with documentation - Annex No. 4 - 4d) proposed provisions of the contract, Annex No. 54. On-site visit. The Ordering Party determines that on July 15, 2026 at 10:00 in the building of the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 1 in Gliwice, ul.
