Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the pitch at MDK Jordan.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: dismantling and disposal of the current synthetic grass surface, removal of part of the current foundation, construction of part of a new foundation, construction of a new synthetic grass surface, equipping the pitch with two football goals, separation lines for football, replacement of picket nets and construction of a sidewalk. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is: a) Map with location investment (Appendix No. 3 to SWZ)b) Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works (Appendix No. 4 to SWZ)c) Designed provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 5 to SWZ)d) Bill of quantities (Appendix No. 6 to SWZ) - hereinafter referred to as Documentation.4. Performer is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ).5. The selected Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a guarantee and warranty for the subject of the order for a period consistent with the Contractor's offer, however not shorter than 60 months, counting from the day following the day of the official acceptance without reservation of the entire subject of the order.6.
