1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works including comprehensive modernization and reconstruction of part of the building of the People's House located on plot no. 521/5 in Ky. 2) The scope of the works includes in particular: a) performance of demolition works and dismantling works, including demolition of walls, dismantling of existing floors, wall coverings, plasters, joinery, sanitary facilitiesb) carrying out construction works related to the reconstruction of the building, including making new holes, lintels and necessary reinforcements construction, c) execution of general construction and finishing works, including, among others: making new plasters, reptiles, stoneware tile floors, wall coverings with ceramic tiles, painting rooms and making plasterboard walls, d) replacement of internal and external windows and doors, e) reconstruction and construction of sanitary installations, including water supply, sewage, mechanical ventilation and installation of bathroom equipment adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, f) execution of works in the field of electrical installations, including, among others: installation of lighting, electrical equipment, electrical system...
