The subject of the performance of the public order is the delivery of the following equipment, or medical devices, hereinafter referred to as "equipment": •Part 1 Bed with accessories •Part 2 VZ Antidecubitus mattress •Part 3 VZ Bedside table with a guarantee of min. 24 months, including installation, installation and commissioning of the supplied equipment (if a specific item requires installation and commissioning), demonstration of functionality and operator training, to the extent of Annex No. 1 entitled "Technical description of the equipment" processed in 12/2025, with the aim equipping the client's/buyer's workplace with new, non-refurbished and unused equipment with a year of manufacture no older than 2025 and a useful life of min. 10 years for part 1 VZ and 3 VZ, and 5 years for part 2 VZ. The detailed scope of the subject of the awarded public contract is given in business terms and conditions (in the draft Purchase Agreement and Service Agreement - see Annexes No. 1 + 2 of Volume 3 of the procurement documentation).
