Tender Details

The subject of the order is the performance of construction works to modernize part of a multi-functional building in Brok. The owner of the building is the Commune of Brok. As part of the task, it is planned to modernize three rooms, including the separation of a bathroom. Scope of work includes the construction of water and sewage installations, electrical and lighting installations, plastering and flooring, painting walls, laying tiles, door joinery and the construction and equipment of the bathroom. A detailed description is included in the bill of quantities - appendix No. 5 to SWZ. In order to complete the task, the Contractor is obliged to provide, on its own scope and at its own expense, materials, machines and devices necessary to perform it, and to perform all accompanying works, works and activities necessary to complete the order.
