Modernization of part of the high ground floor (Block C) for the needs of the Clinical Oncology Department as part of the task entitled: "Modernization and purchase of equipment for the needs of the Clinical Oncology Department (Block C)" 1.The subject of the order is Modernization part of the high ground floor (Block C) for the needs of the Clinical Oncology Department as part of the task: "Modernization and purchase of equipment for the needs of the Clinical Oncology Department (Block C)". 2. The scope of work to be performed is determined by the renovation and construction project rooms on the high ground floor of block C in the Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Specialist Hospital SPZOZ in Lublin as part of the task entitled "Modernization and purchase of equipment for the needs of the Clinical Oncology Department (Block C)", including Technical Specification of Conditions Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. 3. To the above-mentioned project, the bill of quantities is attached as Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The bills of quantities constitute only auxiliary material and cannot be the sole basis for the preparation offer. All elements not included should be taken into account by the Contractor and included in separate items for a given industry. The Contractor's remuneration is a lump sum. On-site inspection. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carry out a local inspection of the area, where the investment is planned and parts of the buildings that will be connected to the investment in order to become familiar with the condition of the area and the above-mentioned buildings, possible difficulties and organizational and logistic conditions in order to take into account the above in project.
