MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the contract for: "Modernization of part of the building 53C-2" Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the attachments included in this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer with attachments in the form of document scans, preferably in the form of one file PDF. The Company's purchasing platform is adopted as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, statements, applications, notices and other information are submitted by the Ordering Party and the Offeror via via the Company's Purchasing Platform. Before participating in the on-site visit, the Bidder is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). Two hand-signed copies of the agreement should be sent by traditional mail to the Ordering Party's address. The confidentiality agreement must be filled in with the company data on the first page. NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that in the event of a signed confidentiality agreement according to Annex.
